Boundless and unpredictable celebration where folk music meets circus in a joyous chaos.

The award-winning folk trio Hialøsa breathes new life into timeless Scanian folk melodies. Violins, double bass, vocals, and electronic soundscapes pulse between the really old and the contemporary.

Around the trio, four circus artists float, hang, and dance – in hair-hanging, trapeze, rope, and acrobatics. Control and chaos side by side. And somewhere in between, the romantic aesthetic dissolves, giving way to a playful, unauthentic Scanian celebration. Traditional, yet completely something else.
