For presenters

Observe: Accreditation for CirkusMania 2023 is now closed.

Presenters are welcome to register for accreditation to CirkusMania. 
The festival takes place in 32 venues spread all over the Stockholm region, sometimes with long distances in between them.
The audience buys tickets in each venue’s ticketing system, most often written in Swedish (all are linked to from this website).

Accreditation means that:

  • You fill in an order form for the performances you wish to see.
  • We make your booking – you don´t have to book the tickets yourself in all the different systems. 
  • You will receive all your tickets and a personal schedule with your booking in an email. 
  • You pay via invoice.

You are offered transport to venues outside central Stockholm. This is booked together with the performance tickets.  

The offer includes entry to a networking mingle with presenters and artists participating in CirkusMania and CirkusExpo.

CirkusExpo

In this service you can also book your ticket to CirkusExpo – a showcase and meeting place organized by Riksteatern and Manegen 17-18 February. For info see https://www.riksteatern.se/cirkusexpo.

(If you wish to only visit CirkusExpo, without tickets and transport to the performances in the festival, you instead book CirkusExpo directly via the site above – booking opens 8 December.) 

Price & tickets

You pay 400 SEK for the service plus the total price for tickets and transport.
Transport costs 60 SEK per travel, regardless of destination and distance. 

For some performances, tickets are discounted for a number of presenters. 
When discounted tickets run out, the price goes up to full price for the remaining tickets. 

Please note: Performances may become fully booked. Your order does not guarantee that you will receive all the tickets you requested. You will only know you final program once you have received your booking confirmation. Remember to place your order in good time. 


Who can have accreditation?

The service is specifically aimed at representatives of organizations that present or support performing arts, i.e:

  • Presenters
  • Representatives of venues, festivals and other performing arts events
  • Agents
  • Arts funders and other organizations supporting performing arts
  • Journalists and bloggers who write about the performing arts
