Are you a presenter interested in circus?
Welcome to take part of a four-day Circus Package!

15-18 February, CirkusMania in collaboration with CirkusExpo offer a four-day Circus Package, featuring a selection of festival performances, networking events, and the entire program of CirkusExpo, including seminars and pitch presentations.

The Circus Package provides a golden opportunity to stay updated on fresh as well as upcoming productions, and what is going on in the sector in Sweden, the Nordic countries and beyond. It is specifically offered to Swedish and international representatives of organisations that present or support performing arts. The general public can not take part of the Circus Package.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

  • A selection of performances in CirkusMania during 15-18 February
  • Networking events
  • Participation in the entire CirkusExpo
  • Shuttles from Hotel Scandic Malmen (metro stop Medborgarplatsen) to venues outside central Stockholm

We warmly welcome you to also attend performances in the festival that are not part of the Circus Package. Unfortunately, we cannot provide booking services and transportation for these.

WHO CAN REGISTER?

Registration is open for

  • Presenters
  • Representatives of venues, festivals, and other performing arts events
  • Agents
  • Funders and other organizations supporting performing arts
  • Journalists and cultural writers

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You apply to participate.
Once your application is approved, you will receive a link via email to an order form.
You book your program. We will book tickets for all the performances you order in the Circus Package, you don’t need to book tickets separately.
You pay by card when making your booking or choose to receive an invoice.
You receive all your tickets and a personalized schedule via email.

Please note that application and registration are personal and cannot be transferred, even within your organization.

PRICE AND TICKETS

Registration fee: 500 SEK incl VAT
Shuttles: 60 SEK per trip, regardless of destination and distance
Performances: Prices for the performances vary. See the prices in the booking form.
At CirkusExpo, there will be some opportunity to pre-order lunch and/or dinner for 120 SEK per meal.

Please note that performances can become fully booked. Make your order well in advance to ensure the program you wish to attend.
